By using this website or buying a course, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Courses and access

A paid course gives the account that bought it personal, non-transferable access to that course for as long as the course is offered. Sharing accounts or redistributing course content is not allowed, and can lead to access being withdrawn.

Prices and payments

Buyers in India pay in Indian Rupees (INR); buyers elsewhere pay in US Dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Content and conduct

Articles, tutorials and courses are owned by us or used with permission. You may quote short extracts with a link back. Do not misuse the site, try to access other accounts, or interfere with how it works. Comments must be respectful and on topic; we may remove comments that are not.

Liability

Content is provided for learning, “as is”. It is not professional advice for your specific situation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
